Issue 5 of Fieldfare explores the theme of flourishing.

We welcome spring at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, step into the cultivated wild of Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, and reflect on rural life in Panama. We journey across the dunes of Death Valley, visit the quintessential summer destination of Capri, and the Yorkshire coast at Robin Hood’s Bay, before navigating Istanbul with our first Fieldfare Companion Guide to the city. We venture into the Solukhumbu region of Nepal in search of sacred landscapes, find sanctuary on Cape Cod and in Newport, Rhode Island, and revisit childhood memories in North Wales. We meet British artist Sam Scales, uncover a hidden walled garden in Edinburgh, and reflect on loss and legacy in Hong Kong. We contemplate themes of abundance, passage, sanctuary, and renewal.
