We nipped over to Milan to visit the great cathedral’s of European football; the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza – or the San Siro to you and me.

This City Stories issue of Glory couldn’t not showcase Milan’s two giants; AC and Internazionale. Football in Milan is far more than just the big two, however, and Massimiliano Macaluso profiles the clubs who live in the shadow of the giants. We also speak to the people involved in some of the city’s smaller clubs, for example, Phil Sassoon shares the story of St Ambroeus, set up by refugees and now plying their trade in the Italian eighth tier. We also hear from Nedbal Jacopo, co-founder of Partizan Bonola, a side that represent a community forgotten by the wider city.

And of course, we explore everything else the city has to offer, from food to fashion, artfully documented in stunning print.
